Our program is an individualized educational and therapeutic program geared to support 3-6 year olds. This Bridge program is focused on building a positive foundation to set each child up for educational, social and emotional success. By assisting children who may benefit from reinforcement in key areas to ensure a successful transition into a mainstream pre-kindergarten and kindergarten setting.
Our school develops learning experiences based on each child's individual needs. Our student to teacher ratio is 3:1, we give our students the individualized attention needed to be successful.
Yazmin Ramos is our Lead Teacher and Child Development Specialist at Empower Pediatric Therapy. Ms. Ramos has been a teacher for over seventeen years. She specializes in building a solid foundation for educational success. Ms. Ramos is assisted by two Occupational Therapy Assistants.
One of the unique features of our school is we integrate therapy throughout our student's school day. From the start of the day, students play in our full-service sensory gym. Our therapist, assist in enhancing self-regulation to maintain focus and attention.
Studies have shown that early intervention is crucial for any child who is struggling with cognitive, social, or developmental delays. The Empower team specializes in providing individualized curriculum to intervene early to enhance your child success in mainstream school.
Absolutely! We offer this option to all children attending the school. This is one of the many advantages of our educational program. Additionally, we have two occupational therapy assistants that help with our school.
